Adam Fored is an interdisciplinary artist and composer based in Stockholm, SE. Working with sound, video, sculpture, and installation, he explores how different media can form cohesive experiences where each component enriches the others. A central part of his practice is exploring how artworks can become more democratic, using the audience’s presence, participation, and shared social context as material.

His work has been presented at Stockholm Nobel Week Lights, KTH Reactor Hall in collaboration with Navet, Wisdome at the Museum of Technology in Stockholm, Kulturhuset Stadsteatern in Stockholm, Västerås Konserthus in collaboration with Västmanlandsmusiken, and through Fylkingen productions, among others. He also collaborates with composer Giovanni Onorato in the duo Diter; together they have performed at events such as the Valkhof Festival and the Fylkingen 90! Festival.

Adam holds a bachelor's degree in electroacoustic composition from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where he is currently pursuing a Masters in interdisciplinary art.
