The cubeFader is a Max for Live device to be used in Ableton LIVE.

It allows for fading between eight stereo sound sources, each assigned to a corner of a virtual cube. The fade position can be controlled manually via a position picker, or automatically using three LFOs that modulate the X, Y, and Z axes of the fader point.
The cubeFader allows you to map any sounds from separate tracks within Ableton Live to the device, offering endless possibilities for creative audio output of the cubeFader.

World Democracy Index Instrument

The World Democracy Index Instrument is an online musical instrument in which the user sets the desired region which they whish to play. The democracy index of the desired region is fetched through an API from our world in data and sets the parameters that controls the generated sound. To influence the sound and harmonics the user needs to influence the index of the region they are playing, through some kind of political action.

The sound-motor of the instrument is built in MAX and exported for web-audio implementation through the RNBO-tool.
All sound is completely generative and modulated by the democracy index of the different regions - fetched from the API - and the base note of the harmonics is set from the current year.
